PIERRE AUDARD
Pierre Audard, born in Vernouillet (Seine-et-Oise) on August 16, 1909 and died in Paris on August 4, 1981, was a French writer and poet. A law student, he published two poems in issue 3 of the surrealist magazine Le Grand Jeu directed by René Daumal, Roger Gilbert-Lecomte and Joseph Sima. He published in Zarathoustra, Présence, Variétés, Chantiers, Transition, Bifur, Les Cahiers du Sud, Raison d'être. He left the surrealist movement in 1932. He joined the Association of Revolutionary Writers and Artists (AEAR) and the French Communist Party until 1938.
