ANDRÉ DELONS

André Delons was a French writer, poet and film critic, born on January 30, 1909 in Le Vésinet (Yvelines) and died in May 1940 in Dunkirk (Pas-de-Calais). André Delons met the Le Grand Jeu group, created and animated by René Daumal, Roger Gilbert-Lecomte, Roger Vailland and Robert Meyrat, at the end of 1928. He published two texts in the third issue of the journal of the same name. Friend of Jacques Brunius and Denise Bellon, with whom he collaborated, he also wrote in Bifur and in La Revue du cinéma. For Cahiers du Sud, he directed a special issue devoted to the painter Joseph Sima.
